Heartiest congratulations from all at LIBC to Kevin Rands who tonight qualified for the World Bowls Tour International Open Singles to be held at Blackpool in February 2019.
Kevin battled through 5 tough rounds of the PBA Qualifiers today (Sunday)culminating in a Final victory over Surrey star Ian Honour to make it through to his first ever WBT Event. It just so happens to have been Kevin's birthday too! What a present!!
No time for a rest though - he's back on tomorrow for the Grand Prix event alongside Jonathan West (Boston) and Brett Arkley (Stanley) - Come down and pat him on the back!
