Help for some members from Howard Jarrold

Boston Bowls delivered 2 Drakes Pride Thrusters to the club on Wednesday. These pushers are designed to help the bowler who cannot, for whatever reason, deliver the wood.
We have a few members that are physically not able to play the game any more and are reluctantly considering leaving.
I have spent an hour familiarising myself with the Thruster and am delighted with it. True ,
it takes a bit of getting used to, but it does what it says on the tin

P S . Dont you just love clever dicks. Mike Smith tried it this morning and sent down just two woods, and yes they were on the button.! Well done Mike ! !
